- The WINTER rates for MAP (Modified American Plan) include 2 meals each day -
breakfast ( 8 - 10 am ) and the evening meal at 7:30 pm.
On Sundays, the big meal is served at 2 pm, and there is no evening meal.- In Winter Season, on Sunday, we have a group of musicians, dressed in red velvet costumes, of the Spanish Troubadour style, playing from 1:30 to 3:30PM. No services after 4 pm on Sundays.
- SUMMER-FALL rates do not include meals, only the taxes.
- Tariffs do not include tips, but do include 15% Mex. Federal tax and a 2% State Hotel tax.
- Room price depends on spaciousness, location and facilities of the room.
- We accept personal U.S. Checks as a deposit if made out to "Ruth Hyba".
- We do NOT accept Credit Cards!
A 15% reduction (calculated on Winter rates) is given in April, May, October, and November for a month's reservation. 10% reduction for 2-3 weeks.
Please contact us no later than August 1 if you wish reservations for January, February or March.
We would like you to come and enjoy a month with us, but will be happy
with two weeks or fewer days when we have fill-ins

How to get to La Mansion del Bosque
A E R O P L U S : Direct from the Airport to Queretaro every hour ... approx. 3 hour trip. From Queretaro best to take a TAXI... approximately 400 pesos to La Mansion del Bosque in San Miguel. From Mexico City, there are frequent luxury buses leaving from CENTRAL DEL NORTE bus station. 1st class buses have movies, bathroom, air conditioning, box lunch. 3 1/2 hours ride to San Miguel. From Mexico City: Primera Plus: - 7:00am, 11:15am, 5:00pm Pegaso Plus: - 5:55pm, 11:00pm E.T.N: - 9:15am, 12:45pm, 4:00pm Second class buses every half hour to San Miguel. 4 1/2 hour trip with no bathroom and no movie! Leon Airport (BAJIO) only 1 1/2 hour away. Flights to Leon by Continental, American, Aeromexico, Mexicana, AeroCal, Taesa, Magna Charta, and Litural. For your comfortable arrival, I will send an English speaking driver who will answer your questions en route. Suggestions and Comments

La Mansion is ideally located: By tree filled Juarez Park. 3 blocks to the Central Plaza 4 blocks to Instituto Allende Away from Church bell and traffic Taxis: as close as our telephone. Reasonable taxi fares vary according to distance. What to do - Where to go
